Actress Blake Lively is ready to flaunt her post-baby bod, a year after welcoming her second child, Ines.
Along with a pic of her abs, Lively wrote on Instagram, “Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models."
As for how Blake shed all the pregnancy weight, the secret is her trainer Don Saladino. She said, “Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud 💪😁💪.”
Saladino also helped Lively get back into shape after she gave birth to daughter James, who was born three years ago. She told "Live with Kelly" in 2016 of her it body, “I don’t look like that in real life. That’s not me,” she added. “That was an eight-week period of my life. I’m lucky to have an amazing trainer, this guy Don Saladino, who just kicked my butt.”
At the time, Saladino opened up about her workout routine, telling People magazine, “We would do an upper body workout Monday, lower body Tuesday. Wednesday was a playful pool workout where she would do laps. Thursday was upper body, Friday lower body, and Saturday we were focusing on the accessory movers: the arms, the shoulders.”
Blake is currently taking a break from shooting her movie “Rhythm Section” to recover from a hand injury. The movie is set to resume filming in June.
