Lady Gaga has canceled her final 10 Joanne world tour dates in Europe, tweeting her regrets.
"I'm so devastated I don't know how to describe it," she said in a statement. "All I know is that if I don't do this, I am not standing by the words or meaning of my music."
In the same tweet, a statement revealed, "Lady Gaga is suffering from severe pain that has materially impacted her ability to perform live... She is in the care of expert medical professionals who are working closely with her so she can continue to perform for her fans for years to come."
The cancellation will result in all ticket holders receiving full refunds.
Gaga has a big year ahead of her, including the release of her film "A Star Is Born," co-starring and directed by Bradley Cooper, in October.
