Fans did a double take when they saw the Hollywood issue of Vanity Fair this week… especially when it came to Reese Witherspoon and Oprah.
The Twitterverse couldn’t help but point out that Reese appeared to have three legs in a picture of Witherspoon, Oprah and 10 other A-list stars shot by celeb photographer Annie Leibovitz.
Reese had a little fun with the gone-viral photo, joking on Twitter, “Well...I guess everybody knows now...I have 3 legs. I hope you can still accept me for who I am.”

The mogul also took it in stride, tweeting at Reese, “I accept your 3d leg. As I know you accept my 3d hand.”
Vanity Fair tweeted a cute explanation, saying, “While we would have loved the exclusive on @RWitherspoon's three legs, unfortunately it's just the lining of her dress.”
The mag also addressed Oprah’s third hand, saying, “As for @Oprah, how can we expect her to juggle it all with just two hands? ¯_(ツ)/¯/¯ (We are correcting this error online.)”
“Extra” caught up with Gal Gadot this week, who was also featured in the issue. The “Wonder Woman” star gushed about working with Leibovitz, admitting she was starstruck. Watch the interview!
In other news, James Franco was digitally removed from the Hollywood issue following sexual misconduct allegations. The spokesperson for the magazine told the Hollywood Reporter, "We made a decision not to include James Franco on the Hollywood cover once we learned of the misconduct allegations against him."
