‘Scooby-Doo’ Star Heather North’s Cause of Death Revealed
Late last month, actress Heather North, 71, passed away at her Studio City home. Now, her death certificate has been released.
The document obtained by TMZ revealed her cause of death as cardiopulmonary arrest. Contributing factors listed were hypoxemia and constrictive bronchiolitis.
The death certificate was released a day after her memorial service was held at First Christian Church.
Aside from her work as Daphne Blake on various “Scooby-Doo” series and specials, North also appeared on “Mr. Novak" (1965), “Gidget” (1965), “The Fugitive" (1967), “The Monkees" (1967), “My Three Sons” (1963 and 1967) and “Adam-12” (1971). Her final non-Daphne role was on "Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels" (1977-1980).
