Rapper Lil Peep, who was found dead on November 15, died of an overdose of fentanyl and Xanax, according to a toxicology report from the Pima County Medical Examiner.
Us Weekly reports the 21-year-old succumbed to "the combined toxic effects of fentanyl and alprazolam." Alprazolam is the generic name for Xanax.
The report states that Peep's death was accidental.
Peep was found unresponsive on his tour bus just before a concert that was scheduled to happen in Tucson. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bella Thorne, Peep's ex-girlfriend, tweeted at the time of his death that he "deserved more out of life."
