Actor Ryan Phillippe first became a sex symbol more than 20 years ago, and kicked it into overdrive with his steamy appearance in "Cruel Intentions" in 1999.
As if to remind everyone he's still got it, Phillippe posted three sneak-peek pics from a recent shoot with the Riker Brothers for an upcoming Men's Fitness magazine cover on his Instagram — and it looks like if anything, the 42-year-old has only gotten better since the '90s!
Crediting the photographers, who look like Men's Fitness cover subjects in their own right, Ryan revealed of one seaside shot, "wet white jeans get cold."
He also poked fun at himself, captioning one serious snap, "despite my resting bitch face, I had fun."
The most striking shot, showing the buff actor doing push-ups on the sand, warranted a simple, "hold up."
If the photos, taken at the Nicholas Canyon County Beach in sunny Malibu, are any indication, the June 2017 issue of Men's Fitness is going to be an abs-olute sell-out.
