Lena Dunham Is Dropping the Pounds — See Her Weight-Loss Transformation!
Last night, “Girls” actress Lena Dunham showed off her slimmed-down body at the opening of the Tracy Anderson 59th Street studio in New York City.
On the red carpet, Lena was spotted FaceTiming with Gwyneth Paltrow, who also trains with Tracy.
Gwyneth posted a video on Instagram, saying, "Well this is a first, trying to join the red carpet for the opening of the new Tracy Anderson 59th studio in NYC the🌨kept me in ☀️LA..."

Lena has worked with Tracy since 2015. In an interview with ESPN, she shared about her workout routine, "It's a mix of aerobics, strength training and something that kind of resembles Pilates but that [Tracy] created on her own. What I like about it is that Tracy really listens to your body and what you're capable of. There's no weird pressure."
Last month, the 30-year-old joked about her weight loss during an interview with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM radio show. She said, "Donald Trump became president and I stopped being able to eat food. Everyone's been asking like, 'What have you been doing?' And I'm like, 'Try soul-crushing pain and devastation and hopelessness and you, too, will lose weight.'”
After making headlines for her Trump comments, she took to Instagram to reveal her “Trump Diet,” which begins with green tea.
