Singer Janet Jackson has welcomed her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana!
Her reps confirmed the news to People magazine, saying, "Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana are thrilled to welcome their new son Eissa Al Mana into the world. Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably.”
According to Nameberry.com, Eissa is a popular first and last name in the Arab culture. It means "the lord is salvation."
Back in April, rumors started swirling that Janet was pregnant after she postponed her Unbreakable tour. In a video, she said, "My husband and I are planning our family. So I’m going to have to delay the tour.”
After news broke about her pregnancy, her older brother Jermaine Jackson told "Extra" in May, “She’s like a baby to me, a baby having a baby, but at the same time, she’s my little sister. I’m an uncle again which I’m very proud of. I wish them both the best. If they need any baby skills, I’m the best at it 'cause they all say I have the most kids.” Watch!
Janet and Wissam waited four years after their marriage to have a baby together.
