Staying on track with your fitness and diet goals can be a challenge during the holidays, but Khloé Kardashian has tips and tricks for keeping you looking — and feeling — great!
On the Khloé Kardashian app, in the Khlo-Fit section, the reality TV star shared that while it’s easy to overindulge in all of the treats at holiday parties and make excuses to not work out, the first thing to remember is to not completely restrict yourself. Try to find a balance.
Before you get to the party, she says to eat first. "Don't show up to a party completely starving and be tempted to immediately stuff your face with unhealthy hors d’oeuvres."
When you do decide to hit the buffet table, make sure the first round is only healthy treats. She suggested, "Round two can be for the naughty food, but by that point you won't be as likely to overindulge. Even then, I suggest only taking one of everything at a time. I mean if I have 5 brownies in front of me, sh*t WILL go down! LOL.”
