Looks like Justin Bieber’s days of misbehaving are catching up with him again.
The “Cold Water” singer has been indicted in Argentina for allegedly ordering the beating of a photog in 2013. He is also accused of stealing the man's money and gear.
TMZ was the first to report the Buenos Aires judge’s ruling. Bieber previously said the case had no merit and that the judge is out to get him.
The case will affect his future South American concerts because Justin cannot return to the country until the matter is resolved, or he faces arrest.
As one Bieber source told TMZ, "The judge is screwing his own country because Justin could infuse a huge amount of money into the economy.”
TMZ sources say Bieber's lawyers will appeal the indictment, hoping that the appeals court judges will throw the case out.
