Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé Kardashian are taking legal steps to stop Rob’s fiancée Blac Chyna from cashing in on the family name!
In court documents obtained by TMZ, the three women say they do not approve of Chyna’s request to trademark "Angela Renee Kardashian.” They argue that the family will "suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if Chyna is granted the trademark.
The sisters claim that Chyna is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” from their famous last name.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office has listed Chyna's trademark request status as "opposition pending."
Aside from Chyna, Kim is also dealing with husband Kanye West’s recent hospitalization. A source told People magazine, "Kanye and Kim had a stressful few months. It’s been a tense time. But Kim is happy he’s getting help.”
