Mariah Carey, Sporting Engagement Ring Again, Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction

Over the weekend, Mariah Carey was again snapped wearing her huge engagement ring while heading out for dinner at Catch L.A.
Though she did not perform with the ring on at Toronto's annual Hudson's Bay and Saks Fifth Avenue holiday window unveiling, it was back on her left ring finger by Saturday night!
Along with flashing her huge sparkler, Carey was seen showing off her cleavage in a plunging corset, which made her the victim of a nip slip. She was also photographed sharing a laugh with backup dancer Bryan Tanaka in the backseat of their chauffeured car.
Carey and Tanaka were joined for dinner by DJ Khaled, who got a sweet kiss on the cheek from her!

Carey has been surrounding herself with her loved ones since her split from James Packer. TMZ reports that James and Mariah were negotiating their prenup at the time of their split. Her reps rejected the draft since they felt it was “tacky and insulting.”
In the papers, James agreed to provide a credit card, which could be used by Mariah and her staff, but it could not exceed a set amount per calendar month. He would also provide a private jet for her use if he determined that it was appropriate. As for the reason why the negotiations fell apart, a source said it had to do with the dollar amount that Mariah would be paid during their marriage. In the draft, in the event of a divorce, James reportedly agreed to pay Mariah $6 million for each year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million, which was $20 million less than the lump sum he had reportedly agreed to pay her if the marriage failed.
