The feud between Sinéad O’Connor and Arsenio Hall rages on.
The singer made wild claims against the comedian earlier this week, calling him Prince’s secret drug source… accusations Hall’s rep called “absurd.”
In fact, Hall has hit back at Sinéad with a $5-million defamation lawsuit. Hall’s lawsuit denied all of Sinéad’s claims, referring to her as a “desperate attention-seeker.”
O’Connor took to Facebook on Friday to address the lawsuit, referring to the former late-night host as “Arse-inio” in the title.
“I'm more amused than I've ever dreamed a person could be and look forward very much to how hilarious it will be watching him trying to prove me wrong,” she said.
Sinéad added, “I'm also very happy to notice that the DEA have taken me seriously enough to be thoroughly questioning all of Prince's friends and aides from the last thirty years as to his KNOWN history of hard drug use and where he obtained his drugs.”
She continued, “I do not like drugs killing musicians. And I do not like Arsenio Hall.”
