A-list actress Jennifer Aniston has been named the World’s Most Beautiful Woman of 2016 by People magazine!

Once she heard that she had nabbed the title, the “very, very flattered” Aniston admitted, "I thought, ‘Oh, my God.’ There was this sort of very excited, teenage-y kind of moment.”

Everyone else may think of her as beautiful, but she is still critical of herself and was not always praised for her appearance. She revealed, "Well, I've never loved my butt. It’s sort of a thing. I had a bubble butt and was teased.”

Nowadays, Jennifer is working out six times a week and has learned to embrace her body over the years. She said, "Now people are paying money to get things injected. Like, we're sitting here dying over squats and I'm like, 'Wait, what's the trend?!’ I think [I've accepted] just my body in general. I used to be such a little round thing, now I'm just like my body is my body so I've embraced things overall."

What is Jennifer’s secret to being beautiful? The 47-year-old learned the importance of being healthy. She shared, "It's funny, it's a really quick transition from not a care and now all of a sudden, we've got to really be mindful of what we put inside our bodies. And how we sleep and take care of ourselves. You can get away with a lot in your 20s.”

Jennifer reflected on one incident when she was told she was “too chubby” for a part. She explained, "I was like, 'What?!' But my diet was terrible. Milk shakes and French fries with gravy [laughs]. It was a good thing to start paying attention.”

Aniston’s husband Justin Theroux also makes her feel beautiful every day and brings her much joy. She said, "He makes me laugh. He's so interesting and so interested. He’s unbelievably talented in more areas than one and he's just a good man.”

As for what look she wished she tried when she was younger, Jennifer answered, "If I knew I could instantly push it back, I'm very curious to see what I would look like with really short hair. But I'll never do it. Never. I'm a long-hair girl. It's like a security blanket.”
