Report: Ex-Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle Attacked in Prison
Jared Fogle was reportedly left bloodied and bruised after a surprise attack in prison.
TMZ says the beatdown took place January 29 when fellow inmate Steven Nigg, 60, allegedly pushed Fogle down in the rec yard and began punching him in the face.
The former Subway spokesman suffered a bloody nose, swollen face, and scratches to the neck.
Nigg, who injured his hand in the fight, was placed in solitary.
Jared Fogle is serving 15 years at The Federal Correctional Institution, Englewood, prison in Colorado on convictions involving child pornography and sex crimes.
