Caitlyn Jenner is living her life in front of the cameras in Season 2 of her hit E! series “I Am Cait”… and her BFFs and cast mates told “Extra’s” Charissa Thompson all about it!
Candis Cayne and Chandi Moore joined Charissa at Universal Studios Hollywood, where they commented on Cait’s recent headline-making revelation that she is open to dating men. Chandi revealed, “For the first time, she has opened her mind to the idea of what it would be like to date a man, so I think it’s possible, anything is possible.”
Caitlyn told Natalie Morales on Wednesday’s episode of “Today” about dating men, "I know people are always interested in that. I get that. For me, it is probably less of an issue than it is for everybody else. Right now, I am just so busy kind of doing what I'm doing, but it would be nice to kind of share your life with somebody. I honestly don't know where that's going. But hey, I'm open, you know? I'm open."
Candis revealed that the question she is asked the most is if she is dating Caitlyn, who apparently doesn’t have dating on her mind. She shared, “[Caitlyn]’s being completely honest when she says, 'I’m not thinking about dating right now, I’m thinking about my transition, the work I’m doing, I’m trying to make this world friendlier for trans people.'”
Moving on from dating, the ladies also opened up on Cait’s relationship with her children. Candis said, “She’s so proud of her girls and she talks about them all the time. She beams when, all of them, when she talks about them and tells us stories and stuff.”
On what viewers can expect to see in Season 2 of “I Am Cait,” Chandi teased, “I think [Caitlyn]’s grown a little bit more. We get a chance to see more of the side of Cait that has expanded since this initial come-out.”
Candis chimed in, “She’s a comedian. She has a lust for life that keeps getting better and growing more, she’s happy to wake up every day.”
The group of friends are going on a bus tour for the start of the season. Chandi smiled, “Oh, my goodness, it was such a blast!”
“I Am Cait” returns on March 6 on E!
