It’s a “Modern Family” divorce!
Creator Steve Levitan and wife Krista are reportedly over after 23 years of marriage.
According to TMZ, Krista filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, and is asking for spousal support.
There was some confusion around the split after Levitan’s rep told the site that the “filing was made in error,” however, Krista has since filed proof with the court that Steve has been served.
The Hollywood couple did not have a prenup and is worth approximately $50 million. Their three children are over 18, so there will not be any custody dispute.
Levitan also created “Just Shoot Me!” and served as a writer on hits like “Fraiser,” “Wings” and “The Larry Sanders Show.”
