The two play love interests in the 1920s period piece, which centers on the son of a police captain transitioning into the criminal underworld. A source told People, "There are no signs of a romance between them. He has had some special scenes with Sienna, including kissing scenes. They seem to get along great, but Ben has acted very professional."
Another insider on set added, "The paparazzi are there every day they are filming. These photos are often used out of context. He is a great director who likes to hang out on set with those he is directing.”
Aside from catching Ben shooting with Sienna, photogs also captured a glimpse of Ben's new full-back tattoo of a phoenix. A source revealed to Us Weekly, "He got it done at home recently. Jen [Garner] knows about it but feels like it's not her problem."
Despite the false rumors, Ben is having a ball directing the movie. The first source explained, "Ben seems very happy to film and direct. He is in the best mood. He is very chatty and friendly with everyone on the set. He makes sure to create a fun and positive work environment.”
“Live by Night” is scheduled to hit theaters sometime in 2017.
