Jennifer Lawrence suffered a wardrobe malfunction at the premiere of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2" in Berlin!
It happened when co-star Donald Sutherland accidentally stepped on her gown.
Lawrence was pictured covering her chest as she leaned over to try and free the dress from his shoe.
The daring burgundy silk satin Dior couture gown was already a risky choice considering its plunging neckline that surely required some fashion tape.
The incident came just after Jennifer and her co-stars told "Extra's" AJ Calloway about another awkward moment, when she took a tumble in a restaurant!
First, Elizabeth Banks spilled the beans, telling AJ, "You should ask Jen about just the other night … I don't know if she would want me to say… she falls down a lot, is all I'll say."
Then Josh Hutcherson elaborated, "She busted her a-- in the middle of a full restaurant!"
Jennifer explained, "I, like, went to stand up, and then I tripped on my chair, or tripped on something, and I just fell flat on my butt. There wasn't even, like, an intermediate period, I just went poof… My butt, I swear to God, is, like, permanently bruised."
Always supportive, Liam Hemsworth added, "I want to laugh at you, but I want to hug you because it's so sad," to which Jennifer responded, "It's sad."
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2" opens in theaters on November 20.
