In the episode, Kourtney became more concerned with his well-being and poor choices, saying, "Scott seems to just get worse. I wanna be mad, but then I also worry about Scott's safety. He definitely has a problem that he has to deal with."
Kourtney also had a conversation with one of Scott's friends, who revealed that Scott had a texting conversation with their son Mason after the photos were released. Kourtney shared to her mom Kris and sis Kim, "He just said that he's hysterically crying and saying 'I love you' and just, like, suicidal talk. The guy from the rehab said, 'Just call 911 if you think something, you know? You don't wanna be sorry and have not called 911.'"
The 11th season of the show will focus on Scott facing the consequences of his decisions. In the newly released promo, he is seen breaking down while talking to Kourtney. He says, "It's been a really hard time going from, like, having all you guys to having nobody."
At the end of the clip, Scott is heard saying, "I made the worst decision I could ever have made in my life."
The 11th season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" premieres Sunday, November 15.
