Luckily, Lopez was able to decompress a bit between the performance and the interview. She shared, "I changed my clothes, I sat down, I had a little tea."
Fresh from shooting her upcoming cop series "Shades of Blue," Jennifer talked about switching gears for her performance. "I was like, 'I don't know if you guys are ready for me right now. I'm ready to get loose on your right now.' It was a lot of fun."
Lopez is also juggling the last season of "American Idol," which she said was "very sad, but also very exciting at the same time."
If all that wasn't enough, she is prepping her upcoming Sin City residency "All I Have" at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. "We have a lot of work to do. It is conceptually molding the show and figuring out what that is going to be. Putting all the pieces together and seeing what we are going to do new, and what we are going to keep from other shows I've done… and capturing the energy I bring to the stage."
Soon, Jennifer will be shooting a music video with Jason Derulo for their song "Try Me." She revealed, "He will be shirtless, I'm sure. I’m not sure what I'm going to be, but I won't be shirtless, that's for sure."
Make sure to catch all of the iHeartRadio Music Festival performances on September 29 on The CW.
