March was all smiles outside the courtroom, carrying a purple parasol on the 90-degree day, while Flay was stone-faced in a charcoal-colored suit. Both refused to comment on the private meeting with the judge, but the “Law & Order” actress happily chatted with a reporter about her outfit — white linen culottes, blue print silk blouse and beige pumps.
The two were seated on opposite sides of the courtroom as their lawyers conferred with Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper.
On June 2 in Hollywood, a “cheater” banner flew over the ceremony where Flay was being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. March’s attorney Deborah Lans said in a statement that “Stephanie is absolutely not behind [this].”
In April, Flay filed for divorce from his wife of ten years. It is Flay’s third marriage and March's first.
