Windell D. Middlebrooks, a successful television and commercial actor, died on Monday. He was just 36.

TMZ reports that Middlebrooks was found unconscious at a San Fernando Valley home and rushed to the hospital.

Law enforcement does not suspect foul play.

Middlebrooks was a series regular on “Body of Proof,” and made appearances on "Cougar Town," "Parks and Rec," "Scrubs," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and the "Bernie Mac Show."

Many know him from commercial work as a Miller High Life delivery driver.
