Duchess Fergie Lost 50 Pounds! See What She Looks Like Today
Former Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson is looking fab and fit these days after losing 50 pounds in just five months!
Fergie recently showed off her slimmer figure in Hello! Magazine, explaining, "I used to be so angry. I believed I was never going to lose the weight, that I had lost control. I couldn't fit into any of my clothes. I was just drowning in eating, drowning in food."
The 55-year-old revealed she lost the weight by cutting out sugar and sticking to a "straightforward" exercise program.
Fergie was recently named an ambassador for the Institute of Global Health Innovation at Imperial College London.
