That all changed when Andy Cohen invited the famous frenemies to appear on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live.”
The feuding began years ago when NeNe would criticize Kim’s relationship with Big Poppa. It got worse when Zolciak and Leakes were supposed to team up for “Don’t Be Tardy for the Party,” but Kim recorded it with Kandi Burruss.
Leakes told Andy that their relationship deteriorated after "years of being on the show and the stress and other people chiming in. We just kind of broke apart."
How did they patch things up? “Time heals wounds, and over time we healed,” NeNe said, while Kim concurred.
When a caller asked NeNe if she could also forgive “Housewife” Cynthia Bailey, Leakes replied, "I say I won't ever be friends with Cynthia again. I never will. This is the truth.”
She continued, “First, Cynthia and my relationship was very different than my relationship with Kim. Cynthia and I talked all the time, spent holidays together, were at each other's homes all the time. Kim and I weren't like that. I wasn't talking to Kim seven times a day and I wasn't in her house all the time like that. I feel like Cynthia is making it seem as if I really have done something to her. When I watch the show, I'm thinking, 'Did I do something so horrible for someone you have been really good friends with?' [I also dislike] the way she's changed."
Later, NeNe played Cohen’s game “Plead the Fifth” and let Kim ask the questions, which all had to do with Zolciak. Watch!
After the show, Leakes turned the tables on Kim and let her plead the fifth. Watch!
