Comedian Tracy Morgan is on the mend after a deadly six-vehicle pileup on the New Jersey Turnpike last week that left the "30 Rock" star with a broken leg, broken nose and broken ribs.
His rep tells "Extra" the comedian has been upgraded from critical to fair condition, calling it a “great improvement.”Morgan’s rep added, “His personality is certainly starting to come back as well.”
The “Saturday Night Live” alum was returning home after a comedy show with several other comedians when a Walmart truck hit their limo.
Tracy’s mentor, James McNair aka Uncle Jimmy Mack, was killed in the crash, while others, including Morgan's assistant, were seriously injured.
Trucker Kevin Roper has pled not guilty to charges of death by auto and assault by auto.
