Before she rocketed to stardom in the role of Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games" series, Jennifer Lawrence's star was on the rise after being nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in "Winter's Bone."

In May of 2011, Jennifer sat down with "Extra" special correspondent Steve Santagati as she promoted her then upcoming movie, "X-Men: First Class," in which she played Mystique.

The two chatted about the body image pressures faced by young women in Hollywood, the pros and cons of being an actress, and what they plan on shooting with their newly bought slingshots.
