Dr. Michael Mosley, co-author of “The FastDiet,” talked to “Extra” about how to lose weight by eating normal, balanced meals for five days and fasting for two.
The trick? Dr. Mosley says, “You eat what you normally do five days a week and then two days a week, not consecutively, you eat a quarter of your normal calories.”
