Chuck Lorre's 'Theory' on Why 'Big Bang' Is Such a Blast
“Extra’s” Renee Bargh caught up with creator Chuck Lorre and the “Big Bang Theory” cast at the annual Paley Center for Media’s “PaleyFest” in Beverly Hills.
Lorre shared his theory on why “Big Bang” is such a blast, telling Renee, “The joy on the stage translates to the show.”
Chuck, who is also behind hits like “Two and a Half Men” and “Mike & Molly,” revealed he has another surefire hit in the making, a comedy starring Anna Faris. He explained, “Anna plays a single mother waitressing tables in Napa Valley… trying to be sober in wine country.”
Bargh kept the fun going as she interviewed the “Big Bang” cast, including Kaley Cuoco Jim Parsons, Kunal Nayyar, Simon Helberg and Mayim Bialik, quizzing them on the latest pop culture headlines.
What’s the name of the new pope? Simon had the answer: “God Junior.” Which entertainment TV host is expecting baby No. 2? Mayim piped up: Mario Lopez!
