TMZ reports that Simpson worked closely with a private chef to create a menu that followed the WW point system. According to documents obtained by the site, she jump-started her weight loss with a smoothie diet, before introducing other healthy snacks and meals.
The new mom’s choices included nourishing egg white omelets, yummy buttermilk blueberry corn muffins and savory chicken satay.
