Jimmy Kimmel on Superstorm Sandy: 'It's Been Kind of Terrible'
“Extra” caught up with late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, who headed to Brooklyn this week to tape his show, only to be bombarded by Superstorm Sandy.
Kimmel said, “It's been kind of terrible, but whenever I start complaining, I see the news and see how much worse off everyone else is, and I stop complaining.”
After canceling his show on Monday, the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host took the stage Tuesday, with guest Howard Stern.
“Howard is like Don Rickles,” laughed Kimmel. “When you have him on the show, you know he's going to target you. He comes out and does whatever he wants, and he's always great. I enjoyed having him here.”
Tune in to “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on ABC on Wednesday when Kimmel takes on his direct late-night competition, David Letterman, who stops by the Brooklyn set!
