Singer Justin Bieber was already pumped up when he had a run-in with a photographer this weekend.
Bieber trained with Mike Tyson just days before the pop star had an altercation with a paparazzo trying to take a picture of him and girlfriend Selena Gomez at a Calabasas mall.

Witnesses said that the photographer was blocking Justin's car as the singer was trying to leave. The 18-year-old got out of the car and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn't, and a scuffle ensued. Justin and Selena left the scene before the authorities arrived.
Bieber is now being investigated for possible misdemeanor battery by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department after the photographer complained of “pain to his upper torso.” The man was transported to the hospital where he was treated and released.
In the meantime, the “Boyfriend” singer is ready to move on from the incident, focusing on his music and thanking his fans for all their support on his Twitter account.
"Gonna focus on the important stuff," he tweeted, "The music."
Then later tweeted, "My fans have always been there. From day 1. they are there for me thru everything. they lift me up. so...im there for them. always. #FACT."
True to his word, he released the latest single from his album, “Believe,” called "Die in Your Arms.” Listen here!
UPDATE: TMZ reports the police are referring the case to prosecutors, while the investigation continues; this is standard protocol when dealing with high-profile cases. Bieber is currently in Norway, but is expected to speak with the authorities on his return.
