Simon Cowell Dishes on Paula and His Super Anti-Aging Secret
"Extra's" Terri Seymour spoke to "X Factor" creator Simon Cowell about his dream team of judges, including Paula Abdul, and his hopes of possibly signing Mariah Carey.
Revealing the chemistry between he and Paula is still strong, Cowell said, "It's never been happier."
The executive producer still wants new mom Mariah to join the show, saying, "We just have to decide what [Carey will be doing on the show]," adding, "It's top secret, I can't tell you!"
Cowell continued, "Mariah wants to be, in her own words, 'judging the judges,' literally with a throne and a raised platform... and I'm not kidding."
During Simon's recent "X Factor" tour, he also discovered a special anti-aging "super smoothie" that he now drinks religiously. Simon, 51, exercises regularly, takes vitamins and drinks this beverage daily, in which he said, "You have to import the juice from about 11 different countries from around the world!"
The ingredients include lingonberry, acerola berry and chokeberry, which contain organic acids, vitamin C, provitamin A, B vitamins, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, according to Daily Mail.
Chokeberry, once described as the "healthiest berry in the world," is said to have anti-cancer benefits and helps prevent cardiovascular disease, ulcers and liver failure.
