Actor Matthew Perry will be heading back to a treatment facility to continue his ongoing recovery from past prescription drug and alcohol problems.
The "Friends "star, 41, quipped in a statement, "I'm making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web."
A source told People.com, "There was no relapse," and that the actor plans to enter the facility shortly.
Perry, who most recently appeared in the ABC show "Mr. Sunshine," has been in rehab twice; in 2001 and 1997.
