Video! Russell Brand Honored by Peers
Comedic-superstar Russell Brand was honored with Variety's first-ever Power of Comedy Award, which celebrates Brand's numerous contributions to comedy, followed by a night of stand-up performances benefitting the Noreen Fraser Foundation (Women's Cancer Research).
Performances were made by Aziz Ansari, Brandon T. Jackson, Nick Kroll, BJ Novak, Patton Oswalt, Bob Saget, Sarah Silverman, Garry Shandling and master of ceremonies Justin Long.
