"Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba has teamed with Procter & Gamble for the second year in a row to spread the word about Give Hope -- a program in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) that is committed to educating women about the importance of early detection.
Carrie Ann's mother was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago and is currently in remission. Through this experience, Carrie Ann has become dedicated to awareness of the disease.
On Sept. 26, and Oct. 10, there will be a special Give Hope supplement in most major newspapers across the country to encourage women contribute to this important cause and while saving on household products.
For every coupon redeemed from that supplement, P&G will donate two cents to NBCF. A total of 5.3 billion coupons will be distributed and the uncapped donation total will be based entirely on the number of coupons redeemed. Shop, save... and save lives!
