5 Reasons You Shouldn't Wear Stilettos
Sky-high stilettos may be the trend, but if you care about your health, you might want to ditch them. "Extra" Lifechanger and orthopedic surgeon, Dr. David Zamorano, shared with us the health hazards of wearing high heels.

1. Bunions
2. Chronic Back Pain
3. Varicose Veins
4. Arthritis
5. Ankle Fractures

your body. "Wedge heels in general are better than stilettos. They're less angulated so the amount of force is less."
