Faith Has 'Loads of Hope' for Gulf States
Singer Faith Hill is doing what she can to help the families living in the Gulf states affected by Hurricane Katrina.
Marking Katrina's five-year anniversary, Hill is lending her voice as ambassador for "Tide's Loads of Hope" program, and gave a free concert Tuesday in New Orleans, where she told "Extra" she was there to honor the resilient spirit of Gulf Coast residents.
"You will not find greater people than the coast of Mississippi and Louisiana and the great city of New Orleans," said Faith.
Hill also told us she paid a visit to good friend and New Orleans resident Sandra Bullock -- who helped Hill and her husband Tim McGraw with a Nashville flood benefit. Hill got to meet Bullock's new baby, Louis. "He's yummy. He's delicious!" Hill gushed. "I'm tryin' to figure out a way I can sneak him off and take him for myself!"
