Lindsay Lohan checked herself into Pickford Lofts on Wednesday, a sober-living house in Los Angeles, founded by her new attorney, Robert Shapiro.
Shapiro, best known for his work on O.J. Simpson's murder trial defense team, started the facility after his son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005.
Lindsay's former girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, along with Dina Lohan and younger daughter Ali were all spotted as Lindz checked in.
Lohan has been ordered to report for her 90-day jail sentence by next Tuesday, but decided to check into treatment prior to her court appearance.
Along with serving time in the slammer, the troubled actress must also complete three months of rehab.
