Lohan Update: LiLo's Lawyer Quits!
In the ongoing drama that is Lindsay Lohan, her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has reportedly resigned from the case, TMZ reports.
After the 90-day sentence was handed down Tuesday, Holley said in a statement, "Ms. Lohan and I are extremely disappointed... We believe that the penalty is far harsher than what others would have received under similar circumstances." Now, Holley is out it for good.
As for who Lohan has hired as her new lawyer, it looks like it will be Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who was just admitted to the bar in November.

Meanwhile, "Extra" spoke with philanthropist Scott Lazerson about his good friend, who took Lohan with him to India and Africa to raise awareness of child trafficking. He thinks the troubled starlet will come out of her current troubles a stronger person. "I know she's gonna land on her feet," Lazerson told "Extra," who thinks jail time or rehab might be a good time for LiLo to "see what her life is really about."
"Extra" Lifechanger Dr. Drew Pinsky concurred. "The fact the judge ordered 90 days of treatment after jail hopefully will be just what she needs. She needs to stop playing games and get serious about what's happening to her."
Lindsay is apparently keeping a very low profile, holing up in her condo and even missing her own birthday party. She is, of course, tweeting like mad, defending her nasty nail polish message, saying it wasn't meant for the judge -- just girls playing around.
The actress is ordered to begin her jail time July 20.
