"Extra" was on the set for Kim Kardashian's photo shoot with Shape magazine, and we got the scoop on how Kim manages to maintain her fabulous swimsuit shape.
Kim revealed to the magazine that her body is a work in progress. "I have cellulite, just like almost every other woman on the planet. And just because I feel secure with my body doesn't mean I think cellulite is cute! It will always be an issue for me. So let's just say it's a work in progress!"
The reality starlet shared a few tips with "Extra" that helped get her ready for bikini season.
1. "The cardio I love the most is doing Barry's Bootcamp. It's extremely tough and the cardio part of that is running on the treadmill, and I love running on the treadmill."
2. "I do core exercises; sit-ups, squats and lunges... those are a must for me."
3. "I work out five days a week... I pride myself in working out hard."
