Russell Crowe: Marlon and Me
"Extra's" Terri Seymour caught up with Russell Crowe, star of the upcoming summer film "Robin Hood," and found out a few things audiences will be surprised to know.
Crowe tells Terri that he wanted to have his new star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as close to Marlon Brando's as possible. "I got voted down. His is way down there outside of a convenience store where I used to buy ice cream from and I wanted to be down there, but apparently, long ago, they filled up the area around him... I'm next to Anthony Hopkins... a pretty good spot and fine company."
Fun fact: the Oscar winner was a singer/songwriter back in the '80s, known as "Russ Le Roq." He recorded a song at 16 with the lyrics, "People say I'm crazy, but I don't know, just want to be Marlon, Marlon Brando."
