Jon Gosselin Files for Custody
The former reality star has officially filed legal papers asking a Pennsylvania judge to grant him primary custody of his eight children he has with Kate Gosselin, reports TMZ .
His attorney Anthony List says that Kate's turn on "Dancing with the Stars" has turned her into an absentee mom.
Kate currently has primary custody of the Gosselin brood. Jon is required to pay her a whopping $20,000 a month in child support - something he has also asked the judge to review.
After last night's "Dancing" elimination, "Extra" asked judge Carrie Ann Inaba about the divorce drama. She said, "There is just a lot going on in that relationship. I can't keep up with that... It's nice to see her representing the housewives out there. And I think she's showing people it can be done. And that's inspiring."
