The lovely Jennifer Lopez drew on experience to prepare for her latest romantic comedy, "The Back-Up Plan," playing a career woman who decides to have a baby on her own.
Having just had her own twins, Max and Emme, before shooting began, Lopez tapped into those feelings. "I had all of that, so fresh in my mind, emotionally," she told "Extra." "How it felt, physically, so it was a real help."
But, she added, doing it on all on her own would have been hard. "It's such a brave decision. I could never do that."
And what about Lopez's back-up plan? "I came to the set the other day and starting framing things out. I'm noticing things I've never noticed before as just an actress. I don't know, could be more babies, directing, all kinds of stuff!"
"The Back-Up Plan" opens April 23.
