Lohan Attorney: Lindsay Not Attending Court
Lindsay Lohan won't attend court Monday to respond to a warrant for her arrest, but her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will appear on her behalf.
A Beverly Hills judge issued a warrant for the starlet's arrest on Friday, which asks $50,000 bail. A spokeswoman from the L.A. District Attorney's office said that the warrant issued has something to do with Lindsay's probation, but Holley has said that the actress in in compliance with the court's orders and the terms of her three-year probation, which stemmed from a 2007 DUI arrest.
Holley is due to represent Lindsay in court today.
