"Extra" caught up with haute fashionista Victoria Beckham and her soccer stud hubby at the launch of their new fragrances "Signature" -- for men and women.

Mrs. Beckham dished on why her man David is perfect and set the record straight on rumors she's feuding with Katie Holmes, and talk of her appearing with the Pussycat Dolls!

In response to an "Extra" fan cam question that she's joining the PCD, Victoria said, "It's a load of s***. I love the Pussycat Dolls and I have a lot of respect for them and they're great, but I was in a group and it was fun but not anymore."

The style maven also nixed rumors she was fighting with longtime pal Katie Holmes, saying that despite the stories, she and David plan on seeing Holmes on Broadway. "We can't wait to support Katie," Posh exclaimed. "Tom says she's amazing, the reviews have been amazing. We're so proud of her."

Victoria's hunky husband has an international following -- and even the ex-Spice Girl admits she's lucky to have snagged him, saying, "He's perfect. Look at him!"
