Britney to Jamie Spears: 'Daddy, Let's Get Out Of Here'
In heart-wrenching papers filed in court, Britney Spears' father Jamie writes that his troubled daughter told him, "You don't love me" for admitting her to UCLA Medical Center.
The papers, filed as part of Jamie's efforts to take control of Brit's legal, personal and financial affairs, paint the picture of a confused and troubled woman.
"I love you," he told her as he leaned in to kiss her.
Turning away, she said, "No, you don't. The doctor told me you are keeping me in here."
Jamie tried to explain, but Britney shot back, "Somebody's lying. You put me in here."
A nurse explained to Brit, "Your daddy is not keeping you here; the hospital is keeping you here." On hearing that, Britney turned to Jamie and begged to leave.
"Come on, daddy, let's get out of here," Britney said. "Take my hand and let's walk out of here together."
Jamie explained, "I wish I could, but I can't."
Brit had called Jamie several times on Super Bowl Sunday, pleading with him to visit her. Jamie was working as a caterer that day.
After Britney, 26, grew agitated, Jamie quickly turned the conversation to her little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
"Do you want me to help you get your babies back?" he asked, but Britney shrugged, "No, I have new lawyers that will help me with my stuff." Jamie said he tried to explain that she hadn't fired her old lawyers.
Their meeting came to an end with Britney saying that Sam Lufti, who Lynne Spears accuses of drugging and verbally abusing Britney, had stolen some of Britney's things. Brit asked her dad to help return the items, and Jamie promised he would.
Meanwhile, new information is coming to light about her childhood and her relationship with her parents.
The new issue of Rolling Stone magazine claims Lynne Spears allowed a teenage Britney to get breast implants, which Brit reportedly regretted. "When her natural breasts became larger, she had the implants removed," the mag says, adding that Britney never told anyone about the surgery.
