'Dancing' Delivers Final Punch to Mayweather
Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather had his last fight on “Dancing with the Stars” last night as he and partner Karina Smirnoff were sent home.
The decision comes just after his passionate Paso Doble on Monday night's show, though praise from the judges wasn't enough to save the boxer from defeat.
But Floyd told “Extra” that his experience on the show gave him some knock-out memories.
“It was great!” he said enthusiastically. “I mean, the roller-coaster ride, a lot of ups, a lot of downs. Being in the red zone – I mean, that's amazing.”
He added, “It was a blessing just to get to this level. I'm happy.”
Mayweather is jumping right back into the ring – literally. He'll go back to his boxing roots when he faces fighter Ricky Hatton on Dec. 8.
