A Day in the Life of Cameron Mathison
“Dancing with the Stars” hunk Cameron Mathison took “Extra” inside his hectic schedule, from practicing lines for “All My Children” to dancing the tango with Edyta Sliwinska.
“It's a lot harder than I thought it would be,” he admitted of his jam-packed days, which start at 8:00 a.m. “'Dancing with the Stars' is in L.A., 'All My Children' is in New York; I'm flying 3,000 miles back and forth and doing a full schedule on 'All My Children.'”
That means by 11:00 a.m., his body is starting to ache. But no pain, no gain, right? Cameron also admitted he likes rocking the tight pants he wears on the show.
“It takes about four people to get my pants on and about six people to get them off, and once that happens I'm cool!” he joked.
He also wears super sexy shirts, but admits there are a few things he won't do.
“I just waxed my arms, legs, calves, forearms and hands, but not my chest,” he insisted. “No way, man. I'm a man!”
Cameron spends about five hours each day rehearsing with Edyta, then starts memorizing his lines for “All My Children.”
He's only got three days to shoot five episodes of the soap, but he says don't feel sorry for him – feel bad for Edyta!
“She just gets married, spends her honeymoon in New York teaching a guy who can't dance,” he said. “I love you, Edyta!”
