"Extra" spotted Jessica Simpson, wearing a hard hat, checking out apartments under construction in New York!
Does that mean that this Texas girl - who has a home in L.A. - is packing her bags for the Big Apple?
Maybe! She told "Extra" earlier this summer in NYC that she was contemplating a move, saying, "I might even get a place here!"
